Jetwin Bangladesh — Terms & Conditions

Jetwin Bangladesh (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "Jetwin Bangladesh") is an online betting and gaming platform designed for bettors in Bangladesh. Through our website and mobile application, users can place bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and a variety of other sports.

A personal account is required to use Jetwin Bangladesh. Each individual may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts may be suspended.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5–15 minutes
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted

General Betting Policy:

• Any pre-match bets placed will be automatically voided once the match has kicked off

• Maximum bet limits for live betting may differ from pre-match limits

Jetwin Bangladesh offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

General bonus terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met
• Typically a wagering requirement of 10–30x the bonus amount applies (specified individually on each offer)
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
• Accounts found to have abused bonuses may be suspended

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jetwin Bangladesh and will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts
• Involvement in match fixing or any other form of misconduct
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Using another person's account or sharing account credentials
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages
• Money laundering or illegal transactions

Jetwin Bangladesh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions
• Registering with false information
• Failure to verify identity
• Extended account inactivity (12 months)
• At the user's own request

Any remaining balance at the time of account closure will be returned where possible; however, this may not apply in cases of rule violations.

• Issues arising from third-party networks or technical failures
• Unexpected server or system downtime
• Issues with the user's own device or connection
• Issues arising from sharing account credentials with others

For any disputes or complaints, please contact the Jetwin Bangladesh customer support team first. We aim to respond within 72 hours.

If a resolution cannot be reached through customer service, third-party mediation will be arranged. Jetwin Bangladesh's final decision shall be binding in all dispute resolutions.
